Online orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We can cancel an order only if it is received by Valor Honey prior to shipment.

For bulk orders by grocery chains or stores, call 785-775-0140 immediately. We work to ship orders as rapidly as we can. If the order is shipped, we cannot cancel.

Conditions for Returns

For online orders, we accept no returns unless we request the return.

For bulk orders, we accept returns only as arranged between the purchasing agent of the buyer and our Valor Honey

Operations Manager.

In certain cases, we may ask that you return the item or items. In that event, we will arrange and pay for the postage or freight to return.

In those cases that we recall or ask for you to return the items or shipment, please make sure that:

The Goods are in the original packaging
The Goods were not used or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us unless we agree otherwise.
